Semi-automatic Flat Hot Stamping Machine with Push-pull Worktable

This machine features an integrated PLC and touch screen control system. It is equipped with independent feeding and discharging worktables, as well as a servo-driven tension foil unwinding and rewinding system. It is ideal for hot stamping (gold/silver) and embossing processes on flat plastic, paper, leather, and hardware products.

• Tension Control System: Equipped with a tension buffering device, the foil feeding tension is continuously adjustable. Features a fully automatic servo-driven paper collection mechanism. Foil length and step distance can be easily set via the touch screen.
• Smart Control System: Controlled by a PLC with a user-friendly HMI touch screen. It can store multiple sets of stamping parameters, including temperature, stamping delay, worktable feed/retract speed, and foil length.
• Push-Pull Worktable: An automatic feeding and discharging platform that replaces manual loading/unloading. It ensures precise positioning while significantly reducing the risk of operator burns.
• Constant Temperature Heating Module: Features a digital PID intelligent temperature control system. The temperature can be freely set between 0~399℃ with a high precision of ±2℃.
• Foil Feeding Assembly: An integrated structure combining unwinding, tension adjustment, and servo rewinding. It accommodates hot stamping foils of various widths without deviation or film breakage.
• Safety Configuration: Includes an emergency stop button, dual-foot pedal start switches, and a fully enclosed sheet metal protective structure for maximum operator safety
